,we, Eco power technologies doing business in chennai, signed a contract with justdial, they have collected one month ECS 5300 and domain Charges 800, and some other charges as advance amount, within 3 days even before the process is completed, they have tried to deduct 5300 rupees from my credit card without my knowledge,
they are not giving any contract copy, or split up for the intial payment they have collected.
they are giving false promise to customers and deducting money as ECS everymonth, eventhough customer terminate their services.
it is against RBI norms for NACH, they are acting against RBI.
when contacted customer care, they are least bothered. i am preparing to take legal proceedings to block them from using NACH services
