I had order a product that attached below from Amazon , I ordered the product on 11/06/2023 and paid extra money for fastest delivery 0n 14/05/2023 as they mentioned in their add.
Those are completely fake till now I didn’t received the product also I’m getting different answers from the customer care in my calls towards them. Today Amaan he introduced himself as the supervisor and he tolled we can cancel the order.
Another product in the same address received by yesterday and they are simply telling excuses for everything we ask. I told them I will come and collect its also not ok for them .
As a loss of my time and money I’m filing this case for a compensation from them , they offered gift coupons regarding this on yesterday.
From my experience it’s a cheating case I believed their add and ordered now only I understand According to their time only they will deliver or may u not receive the product.
They don’t even know where the product is now.
