I have placed an order of product Wakefit Napper Sofa – 2 Seater on 20-Jan-2022. The first complaint is regarding the delivery. They took almost more than a month to deliver the product.
The product has 3 Years of warranty for any sagging issue.
Now I have raised a complaint about the sagging issu on 29-May and till today they are keep on extending the dates for picking up the product. I have reached Max limit of frustration now. They have wasted lot of my time and increased my mental stress.
I want the replacement or refund now for my product.
