Hi,
I have been cheated and have received the wrong product from Music-era.com. I had ordered an earpod combo which consisted of a Sony and Samsung product according to the website and had paid 1599 rupees for it. But after opening the package I found a headphone with no brand name on it. The picture of the headphone on the box I received ( after unpacking) mentioned the brand name as MDR-XB450 which costs only Rs 349 on Amazon. The outer label on the packaging containing my address and order details had “Airpods combo” written on it. So there was no way of knowing the actual contents without opening the packaging.
