On 29 September 2021, I ordered the below item from amazon and the price was Rs 2249

Sold by HOUSE OF QUIRK and Fulfilled by Amazon.
The item got delivered on same day. But the delivered item was a completely wrong item (completely different colour and quality) and therefore I raised for a return and refund immediately. The return item was picked up the next day. Now after waiting for 10 days, when I chatted with your customer representative, they are saying that the returned product was bad so no refund. I don’t understand what is this? They delivered a wrong product and I raised a return for the same purpose only. It was so disheartening chatting with your representatives and eventually raising an in-phone conversation afterwards with another representative because the in-chat person didn’t help me much, it feels no value and ethics at Amazon’s end. The way in which your representatives treated me is not acceptable. I am hence raising a serious concern here and urge you to do my refund as soon as possible. They should have refunded the amount as I mentioned the delivered item was the wrong item. Both Amazon and the Seller have completely cheated me. No logical reason being provided to me in this regard. The so called customer care is really not caring for a valued customer and simply mute instead helping out.
