Repeatedly changes the plans to a higher plan
of two of my postpaid numbers (9088019643
and 9088019644). These numbers are being
used by my aged parents. They do not require
higher plans and facilities. Hence, minimum plan
have been subscribed by me. Even after
informing Vodafone about not changing the
plans they keep on changing the plan without
intimating me over my registered email id. They
silently upgraded the plan and keept me
charging at a higher rate. Last time when I
caught them doing this I raised a complaint at
their appellate authority and after a long email
transaction they waived the extra charges and
reinstated my previous plan. After few months
they again started this fraudulant business. This
time even after complaining to the appellate
authority they are not reversing the unethical
charges they have imposed on my both the
numbers. They are just playing email game with
me. Please resolve this issue and instruct them
not to change the plan untill they receive any
request from my end. Total amount charged for
both the numbers 9088019643 and 9088019644
is INR 3695.12.
