Dear Sir I am Sanjoy a physically disabled person booked a Tulsi mala from Snapdeal on Dt28/09/2021 having Order id- 41959585033 and Sub order number – 48273929694 of Rs374/ which was completely broken but Snapdeal neither arranging a reverse pickup nor refunding my money since last 15 days what to do now please help.
