I, Suraj Harchandani resident of A/603 , Silverlink building, Hiranandani estate, G.b road, Thane (w) met your salesperson Mr Narendra on 21/02/19 in my building lobby and he explained me about the Jio gigafiber service. I liked it called him at my home and told him to install the service with one specific instruction as we had to shift from the 1st floor of our building to 6th floor where i currently reside. I resided in A/103 now we had to shift from 1st march 19 to A/603 just a floor change nothing else. So your salesperson said that nothing to worry i will take the deposit now and i will install the router here and before 1st march just call the customer care and tell them that you have to make an internal shifting and it will be transferred to your new home free of charge. I did as said and got my router installed on 24th feb 19. When i had to change the flat i called them 2 days before on 27th feb and now the customer care says that you have to cancel this subscription and pay 4500rs deposit again and take a new connection there and the money will be refunded in 60 days. After hearing this i contacted the salesperson and he just said that i will look into it and did nothing. After calling again on 28th feb he says that i cant help they have closed this process now u have to cancel. Now what the heck is this am i a fool ? Do u people just cheat customers like this ?This is business just achieve your target through this nonsense and forget about customers right. Still i did as said and after calling for many times your salesperson couldnt say anything just he kept on giving reasons and reasons. 3 days after shifting he says that you provide me with a blank chq and ypur aadhaar your money will be refunded to you in 7 days . Its been 21 days since there is no sign of him or the money and now ur salesperson speakes like he doesnt know us. I have recordings of his calls as well. He had also take an extra 500rs from us just to install an app called Jiotv for the free tv channels to work in our tv. I just want my money refunded asap this is full and final saying dont force a customer to do un neccessary things and go through a wrong way to get his money.
