Hi Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to my Order#312923 from SWG Care Online Site.
I have placed an order on 8th August for Combo of 3 Casual Thick Shirts XL Size,
For my Surprise i have received the product on 16th Saturday and shocked by looking at that product.
1. Ordered Combo of 3 Received 2,
2. Orderd for XL Received XXL,
3. Received completely worst products identically different in shape than i saw and palced an order.
4. Tried to reach out to their customer care mail ID’s [support@squarecloths.com and info@creativtailor.com] received failure notifications. I have tried to reach phone numbers on the packet which I have received. it means those mail ID’s and phone numbers are fake and no one will respond even if it gets delivered.
Let me know what is the next action Item and these people should get punished and every one should aware of this fraud sites. This is my mistake to place an order before checking reviews. i should have done verification before i place an order from this site.
