Hi ,
I am a Vodafone user since many years and I want to raise a concern here regarding the data usage bill on the recent international trip. I got 1 data usage bill of rs 4000, which I am shocked.
- When I activated my International roaming, I clearly communicated to stop my data.
- Over and above this throughout my trip, I kept Data Roaming and Mobile Data off.
I am wondering, doing so much precaution why I am being charged for data. This seems to be a complete fraud that even Data roaming and Mobile data is off still something is using the data, that is completely wrong. I am 100% sure, I am turn on Data roaming across trip.
I look for a resolution for the same, since my number is stopped at this point……please confirm if you are willing to resolve this issue or I need to switch to a new number. since the problem is not about the bill but it is about integrity, why should I pay something which I did not use…..today it is 4000, tomorrow it can be 40K for the unnecessary bill.
Even Form last 20 days, I am willing to resolve this issue but from the Vodafone not getting any upright response.
