Text of Complaint by Lakshmi:

Ordered food from swiggy ( order ID – 155137481538) on the 26th of December 2022. Dint receive an item ordered and they charged me as well. However when informed about the same. They said refund not possible. Tried connecting to their agents multiple times through mail. Requested for a call back but they did not respond well and never called back. Instead kept sending a copy pasted message.

Also they even asked to send a photo of the missing item( the item which was not even delivered to me). Similar case happened with their grocery section too. I had ordered 1 kg oranges and received only 800 gms. When pointed out to them with image proof, they replied the same default msg that nothing can be done. Both the times they charged me and underdelivered.
