I booked an Indigo flight for 3 passengers through Flipkart Travel for the date 30th March 2020. But the flight got cancelled because of the lockdown due to Covid 19. Now Indigo airlines has refunded the fare to Flipkart Travel but Flipkart travel sent me message and mail that cancellation fees will be charged from the amount that should be paid to me. Everybody knows that according to the verdict of supreme court no airlines and travel agencies can deduct cancellation fees for the flights which got cancelled because of lockdown. My pnr is WMWMTQ. Though I talked to their customer care executives and wrote many mails to them, their response is same and not returning my money.
