Text of Complaint by Nirupama Waretwar:

I went with my friends on 16th April 23 to Drizzle by the Beach in Palavakkam, Chennai (T.N) and waiter took someone else’s bill it was debited from my account as card payment and when I cross checked it was not our bill it was someone else’s bill and they again asked me to pay our bill we paid that also and he said our wrong bill amount will be refund in 15 min but it wont refunded so again we connected to restaurant and we asked for same they said it will take 24-48 hours so we waited for more 2 days and again connected then they started giving excuses that this bill is not credited and then we initiated refund when we ask for refund proof they again started lying yet statement is not generated wait for 1 day then they again asked for 2 days still they are giving lame excuses instead of refund.
