I was charged Rs. 20 as value added services for activation of some dindo ringtone services. However I did not authorize any such activation. This charge was applied to my April to aug 2020 bill.

I called the Vodafone customer care related to my April 2020 bill, they informed me that I may have activated this service by clicking on some link while surfing and they block listed this service and waived off the charge.

Now in the month of May 2020, I received the same charge. I called the customer care services, they told me that I may have activated this service by clicking on some link while surfing and SIM charges through this service is already block listed but this charge is from some app in my phone and they cannot refund my money.
