I have been charged for downloading ppu game and content desc from telesync solutions and sk mobi respectively which I have not downloaded. They have deduct 10 rupees and 7 rupees from my mobile balance account without my permission respectively. I want my money back. Please help

By the nameof contest desc, amount is deductedfrom my balance account. I didn’t activate any services. Pls stop this subscription.
