on 9th april i had chosen a 1GB for a day data pack for rs. 16 since I already had an existing daily pack. however, vodafone enabled a 10GB for 365 days pack for 997 INR instead… i immediately called thier helpline as well as sent message for reversal of charges.. but they assigned 10 GB to my account..also when i called, they said the backend team would revert with solution in 24 hours. when backend team responded , they said it could not be reversed .
