I have ordered an item from Amazon and it was displayed as 399 but I have received a product with a MRP as 299. So I come to know that they have overcharged me. I am not aware that how many of them have ordered the same. Even I am trying to post the same in the comments section but they have smartly blocked in displaying the same. I have had a chat with the customer care and they haven’t responded promptly. In short I will say that this is a kind of forgery.

Following are the Chat conversation.

Cheating from Amazon.
The original cost itself 299 but they are selling for 399. Really shocked seeing this and plan to stay away from this kind of online purchase. Also the product seems to be an old one. Never expect this kind of cheating from Amazon.
Aravind: To make this right, I will have forwarded gift card of Rs.100.00 to my lead. It will be credited in your account within.

Me: Thats ok but what about the inconvenience you have caused for me ? I think what you are doing is a A-Class forgery
This is not costumer service! I am scared to place order going forward in Amazon

I’ve already reported seller to our department to make sure this won’t happen again. they will take immediate and necessary action against the seller person regarding this issue and I assure that this will not happen in your future orders. I hope you consider this as an isolated incident and give us another chance in future.

Arun, I do understand your concern because I am also a customer after this office please do not worry I am escalating to lead and our center department they will take a action on this issue and now I am issing the price difference amount in your amazon pay balance .
