On 23.06.19, I purchased at lifestyle showroom at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. They charged me rs.7 for single carry paper bag. I asked them that in all the shops they are not charging for bag. But they told its their rule to charge and customers are supposed to bring the bag. They charged rs.14.00 for carry bag which has their brand name printed on it and has billed it too. Is it not the stores responsibility to offer a carry back when we purchase goods from them?
