I have placed an order on zomato under an offer of ‘buy 1 get 1 free’, after the payment was completed the order quantity was displayed as ‘1x’, hence I contacted the restaurant, they informed that there is no such offer going on, whereas on zomato that offer was visible, i informed that I would not take the order if i am not getting ‘2x’ quantity as displayed on zomato, the order was then cancelled and no refund was provided, I have written email to zomato but there is no reply or acknowledgement of complaint. I have attached screenshot of order that shows 1x items, whereas the payment was taken in accordance with buy 1 get 1 free offer. There is no human to contact to, no one on chat or call, its only chatbots with fixed reply and no resolution to this unfair trade practice.
