hello, Vodafone has the most pathetic customer service experiences in recent times. I had requested vodafone to activate my international roaming from 24th March till 27th march for muscat 2 days and dubai 3 days. my roaming did not work in muscat and they have still gone ahead and charged me for the same. if you check my billing it is always on the higher side and I have always cleared the same however I will not pay for the service I have not used. My detailed phone record shows no phone and internet service used. I need vodafone management to know their service is getting detoriated by hiring so pathetic customer service outsourced company. I need 1000 rupees waived off my bill
