Hi,
My shipment was booked with expressbee on 19th of april.
Before booking i asked and confirmed them will it be shipped via air or surface they said will be via air and will rwach by 22 or 23rd max.
They charged me 400rs in their receipt it showing package weight 1kg they charged for 2kg (which is again a fraud),
Still my shipment is on the way not reached to its destination due to which i have to face a big loss.
Plz help regarding this frauds who are fooling people on name of courier service.
