I booked a room in Flagship Vatika Guest House (1 Turner Road, Morowala, Clement Town, Dehradun) and my booking ID was XEVI1543, I paid the full amount, it was a pre-booking, the checking was on 23rd March 2023 at 12:00 pm and check out was on 24th March 2023 at 11:00 am. But the hotel owner on his checked me out in 1 min even before I came because of which my booking was not visible and I was asked to pay again to the hotel owner and I was promised that my money will be refunded. I was not aware of the scam done by the owner later I got to know on call with oyo that I was checked out in 1 min (does this make any sense that someone will book room for 1 min), I want action to be taken against the hotel and OYO should look into this and blacklist the hotel, as the owner must have been fooling others in the past and will continue doing this. The harassment and humiliation I faced, I don’t want anyone else to face.
