Paytm has imposed charge back period of 180 days on my ₹51300 which were both paid & received by me.
Actually I never had any shop, nor I sell anything but I’ve paytm merchant account.
I received paytm of ₹50000, paid by me, borrow amount₹1200 paid by my friend on 3rd July 2023. ₹100 for Samosa party paid my friend to me.
Paytm took ₹50k transaction as suspicious transaction & freezed my account. When I inquired about settlement issue, they asked me to submit goods receipt, business module, pic of shop, proof of delivery etc.
I don’t have any shop so how can I’ve such documents.
In absence of these so called mandatory documents, paytm has put lock in for 180 days, which is totally injustice.
Paytm must close all such merchant accounts without shop after clearing all dues. But paytm don’t want to do this as paytm has intention to loot poor guys.
