Text of Complaint by SHYAM BADAN PRAJAPATI:

Dear Sir,

I made a payment of Rs.820.10/- to Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd. for internet service on 17-Feb-2019. They are committed to provide the services for 30 days but i didn’t received services even for 10 days. I called them so many time and they are only misguiding me and providing me the wrong information. Some are saying that your amount will be refunded and some are saying give us some time, now it’s been 4 days and my connection is down. Earlier it was down for 10 days. Since I purchased this connection I am facing the problems. I called to their local provider, and he told me that your account is deactivated from Excitel, and when I am calling them they are telling me that there is a technical issue. Even they stopped my login credential.

Sir I would request please help me out with this, They are totally doing fraud with the customer.

 

I have raised a complaint in consumer forum too, and an charge back request on my Kotak Bank Credit card team.
