Hi Nick,
I would like to mention one incident which me an my wife had to face during visiting your store where we were literally abused in-front of all the store members and also had the worst behavior from the Sr -Executive name “Nikhil Shantaram Pokle”.
I visited the store on 30-march-2019 as my wife wanted to convert the post paid to prepaid and as usual your system was said not working and that was the 12th time in last 60 days where the system was down so I requested them to call the manager of the store but the executive started back answering and started fighting with he was shouting on me at the top of his voice and he literally abused me and my wife infornt of all the team members.
Kindly note he is not even scared of anyone when I told him that I will surely raise complaint against you then his words were “Do whatever you want i’m not scared of you” now either you kindly take action against him and kick the person out of the company
My requirement is he needs to be kicked out of the company and over his experience letter it should be mentioned bcoz of unacceptable behavior he is been thrown out and I need proof for the same verbal communication will not be entertained secondly I need an written apology letter over my email address for the same. If this 2 things are not done I will be filing an police complaint against Vodafone take the CTC footage and will be filing an character assassination case on Vodafone.
This is final warning to you.
