From last 1 month I am trying to change my rtn as while installing dth at.home the technician entered someone else rtn and now because i want to activate a channel they are asking for registered telephone number which is not mine and I talked to 4 5 people regarding this qnd even launch a complaint with complaint number for airtel number 8439423979 is CLCNF3DEL20210910223177 and I have not received any response yet and my issue is still not resolved.
I talked to Mr. Ayush, Mr.Shivam, Mr. NAVEEN AND Many more even I dont remember and also on customer service but still my rtn has not been changed and I am not able to activate new channels.
So kindly help me out
