Text of Complaint by Vani Prasad:

Dear Sir,

Please see my requests and in return actions received from IDEA

  1. 12-02-2019-2:36PM – mail to disconnect mobile number, with a request to not to change plan or not to continue.
  2. 12-02-2019, 5:19PM- request to discontinue with a statement that the phone is not in use since long time.
  3. 13-02-2019, 9:01AM- mail received with bill showing a balance amount of Rs.343.38p.
  4. 14-02-2019, 11:41AM-Mailed for early action for closure.
  5. 14-02-2019, 12:53AM-Mailed for early action for closure.
  6. 18-02-2019, 5:30PM- Mailed – hope you have fallowed my request and attached previous mails.
  7. 06-03-2019, 3:51PM-Mailed – Request to close the service and deactivate sim.
  8. 12-03-2019, 7:35PM- Received bill for Rs.293.82 and my balance shown as Rs.47.22, this bill for NIL use. No reasons received for this bill.
  9. 12-03-2019, 7:57PM – mailed with request to close and confirmed that no more payment from my end.
  10. 14-03-2019, 5:34PM – mail sent – for immediate closure of number.
  11. 23-03-2019, 8:33PM – mail sent for immediate closure of number.
  12. 25-03-2019, 7:25PM – mail received from IDEA that “The mobile connection was disconnected”.
  13. 12-04-2019, 1:45PM – bill received for Rs.88.97 with a due Rs.41.75.
  14. As per bill dated 12-12-2018, the balance amount Rs.341.04p
  15. The opening balance of bill dated 12-03-2019 is Rs.341.04p.

It understood that IDEA never honours customer requests and bothered about how to deduct and collect amount from customer even for IDEA faults and even customer not uses the phone they change the plan without customer consent and never considers the customer requests or enquiries.

It seems IDEA is money oriented not customer friendly.

Hence I request to utilise the balance amount also without returning.
