Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am using vodafone postpaid number(9811378394) from last 11 Year. I am ussing Postpaid plan was Life time Zero rental plan , on 11-April-2019 I received message my plan has been changed to 299(Red plan) . I called Customer care and drop the mail related to that, but every time they told me my old Plan is not available in market and due to this reason they change my plan. I was taken my old Life time Zero rental for the life time.
