Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this mail to you regarding my change in vodafone plan to new plan without any initiation to me.
Name – Pratish Vilas Shinde
Mob Number – 9769639009
Old plan – NC_MU_MV_BCHAA_99
I am using this plan from last many years.without giving any intimation me how can you can my plan and given me the new plan of -eTalk_149_600mins.
Your customer service executive also doesn’t have any reason for this,how can change the plan of some customer without their concern.I don’t want any of your new plans now or any of the schemes.
I want my same old plan again for this month that ,Old plan – NC_MU_MV_BCHAA_99
If can’t provide me then please give me in written on this mail.I will port my number to some others services.
And I am not giving to pay the bill for the month on which this eTalk_149_600mins plan has been activated.
Awaiting for your reply.
Hope I can get my existing plan back on the same month.
