Dear Sir,
Earlier my client was 1007595588 which I am not using at present and I have been using client ID 1220312886 since long. Whenever I have tried to login, it opens with my old client. I am unable to login with the new client ID 1220312886. The portable is not useful, which is very much disappointing. However, I finally request you to make necessary corrections to enable me to login with my new client ID as I have to change my plans. I hope you will favor me at your end and not give me any chance to switch on to another DTH provider. Your office even cares to respond to my mail dated 24th August. Since last many days I am trying to resolve the issue, but no favorable response has been given and making falls assurances.
