I am trying to convert my postpaid number to prepaid from last many weeks. Even i visit there store they told me you have to pay Rs 250 as your unbilled amount . I paid the sum in immediate and even after that they keep on saying your amount is still outstanding. They keeps on making false commitments. I have to expalin each and every thing to every executive. And today i again called at 199 and one of there executive Garima chauhan do not try to even listen my case.
