When I’m placing an order in DMart online e-commerce website , I selected the product of worth Rs.250 and it went to payment page.For Payment option i selected credit card option and the OTP didn’t come and it said the option of credit card is not available.So then i selected Cash On Delivery option and went back.After some minutes Rs.35,000 automatically credited to some account via One97 Comms and Paytm Ecom from my RBL Account and because of the credit limit , Rs.11,000 is credited from my RBL ACCOUNT to some account without my knowledge and OTP’s are automatically generated and money taken.Now RBL is forcing me to pay Rs.11,000 which was not taken by me.Kindly cancel this credit amount and clear this problem.
