I had booked two air tickets by using paytm upi money transfer the amount 11692 was deducted from my SBI savings account but the ticket was not confirmed the paytm only refunded me 249+249+5318 remaining amount they are not refunding me Not get full refund amount was last modified: February 28th, 2020 by Consumer Court

I booked the bus ticket by paytm and bus operator cancelled bus. On my request to paytm they replied that refund will be done within 15 days but still I didn’t get it even after 20 days and shamelessly I’m not getting any reply from paytm customer care even on several messages.
