You are new to their membership, sooner or later you will regret too as all others… as you are unable to feel what older members are going thru….time is the best let’s hope best for you…

We are member of Club Mahindra since last 15 years.

It’s highly regretted even after paying Lacs of Rupees for membership and yearly ASF, we are beggars, one doesn’t gets reservation/bookings when required, even in a low seasons, Now a days one searches on Google, will find a numerous options for resorts with lucrative deals including breakfasts.

Anyone buying new membership for Lacs of rupees should keep in mind that they will be treated as beggars once you pay them full membership fees.

Member will not be able to get in touch with sales/office bearers becoz their contact nos. of all offices throughout India as mentioned in their sites aren’t valid as on today.

Only way to get in touch with them is email to which Club Mahindra doesn’t listens to member.

They offer rooms at cash in market and if they don’t get reservations from open market they give reservation/bookings to members, so please beaware of this spam industry.

Moreover Club Mahindra’s resorts are available cheaper than their club membership/ASF fees online thru various booking sites for payment with better deals.

We have been pursuing but no one listens in this fraud Company. It’s also highly regretted that if one pays ASF for preceding year, he isn’t allowed to use allotted days for that year in coming year till he pays ASF upto date.

So beware, beware of this fraud company don’t invest in their membership.

Moreover of I have available days of preceding years whose AMC I have paid, I should be allowed to use those days in next year irrespective of if I had not paid AMC in next year.

There is no Grievances Redressal Cell in organization to look into members complaints/concerns. Complaints are being looked after by members experience team.

It doesn’t take complaints seriously and complaints remain unsolved. There is no Nodal officer to whom members can escalate their complaints.

We have stopped paying ASF inspite of their offers of 10% discount/2 nights complimentary stay etc becoz they just want to collect money, reservation/booking still remains issue.

We should advise other members to not pay ASF till reservations policy is in favor of members.

I know the CM management isn’t replying/attending to our concerns.

Let’s write to each n every single person in India on social media n warn them of consequences One faces to be a member of CM.
