I have initiated a refund on my PNR LJTC6J on 25jan 2021. The airline company Indigo has same day refunded the amount to the booking agent account/via.com agent account but he is refusing to give that ammount to us Refund Scam by via agent was last modified: March 6th, 2021 by Consumer Court
