Paytm is not refunding the amount for order no. 6268741699 ordered via id 9001000795. The product was COD. And due to wrong product received it was returned. There is an option of adding bank details but it is not working properly in computer or in mobile. Fraudlent practice is adopted by paytm. And customer care executive is not responding even after 15-20 min
