Complaints Regarding Electronic Appliances

I have Refrigerator cooling issues from when we purchased the fridge. Then I made several complaints none of them turned in to my home after 1 year on 08/08/2023 I made a complaint via toll-free and email. The whirlpool treated me so badly by ignoring my calls and emails
