I bought a Whirpool Microwave “Whirlpool 20 L Convection Microwave Oven (MAGICOOK PRO 22CE BLACK, WHL7JBlack)” from Amazon which not sure why but had stopped working in 2 weeks period. Amazon is not ready to replace and Whirlpool is not ready to replace it. They are saying it will take time and that time is not sure when. It is highly frustrating that we buy an expensive product and had to go through so much struggle to get a basic replacement done. as it is a new product, we do not expect it to be repaired. Rather it has to be replaced.
