Complaints Regarding E-Com & Retail

Hello, I have order a pack of 3 shirt from Kris and John website few days back, On 20th February 2025 I have received the package from ekart and paid the amount, When I open the package I found and thirty jeans instead of shirts, Then I tried to write a return request all the mails are undelivered due to fack mail ID or inbox over loaded.
