I ordered on 14th aug 2020 from yaryastudio of 999 but the order yet not received only received payment confirmation no order number was received.. Please get my money back else i will go consumer court

I am student and I took some loan from the mpokket company but due to lockdown I was not able to pay the loans but now they arr charging the interest very high… Like they are charging interest two times of my loan amount… As i student how can i repay such a higher amount
