This company is taking advantage on someone’s emergency needs. They are sending money without asking permission if you agree to continue with their loan. I contacted customer service right away but I can’t continue to converse with their live agent ’cause their bot suggested answers that loans cannot be cancelled once sent. It’s really frustrating.
