Complaints Regarding Airlines

Paytm not refunding me since last 1month when I already received a confirmation from airlines that they have refunded to patym for the flight that was cancelled from their end on 2nd june’2020

I had cancelled my 2 no airline tickets on dated 08/03/2021of spicejet but not received yet after so many emails and requests. They told me to refund within 3 week which is already over.
