I am not getting refund of Jet airways since last two years.
I was booked a flight two years ago on 10.03.2019 via Paytm Travel and my Booking id is 7595856720.
My itinerary details-
1) Riyadh-Mumbai 21/5/19
PNR – YTRWRI
JetAirways 9W-523
2) Mumbai-Indore 21/5/19
PNR-YTRWRI
JetAirways 9W-2395
The flight got canceled but the refund did not come till now. Then Jet airways company was shut down…and I done many complaint many times on Paytm but could not considered and my amount could not proceed.
Every time you call. They will never tell you that when you will get your money. Every time they will give you excuse. But they will never call you.
Kindly assist me to get the refund soon.
