Inapp support of Zomato,Mail customer support team of Zomato,its the worst.They just don’t seem to understand the issue.In the enclosed attachment You can see that I found hair in dehati paratha.
I mailed to Zomato,but no response.I tell to inapp support team to tell restaurant to follow order instructions,but most of the times not followed.
Once when ordering through Zomato,I ordered from Shiv Sagar and I developed Rashes
These people lie that safety precautions at are followed.I feel they are lieing
I can write and write.Customer Support Deserves Zero Rating
My grandmother Passed away,so I was following norm of not eating onion and garlic,I ordered at Vanakkam,Inspite of mentioning to inapp support I found Onion.Disgusting.
