I had purchased a cloth from myntra on 4th October,2022 and had made the payment of Rs. 2997 via Paytm Postpaid. This payment method had an offer where I was supposed to receive 299.7 rupees into my paytm wallet within 11 days. Now, it ahs been 19 days and still the cashback is pending. Even in 24X7 customer support, there is no option where I can explain my problem. I even contacted on their customer care number but did not get any satisfactory resolution. I am feeling cheated and I did not expect such pathetic service from this company.
