On 19th April, 19. I ordered a pair of glasses from coolwinks.com and paid through Paytm wallet, as per the T&C of an offer. If I pay an amount of more than ₹1500 from paytm wallet I will be eligible for a 100% Cashback in Paytm Wallet upto ₹1500, My order was of ₹1890. I got my order delivered but still I didn’t received my cashback and After complaining to both the companies they are just Stretching the thing and avoiding the thing by giving me false promises, that you will receive a Reply from a response team in 24 hours or so and they are not addressing the problem properly and as being from a middle class family for me ₹1500 is a big amount so I want my cashback asap. This is seriously unsatisfactory service from both the companies and I seriously will never suggest or recommend these companies to anyone. Please resolve this issue asap. And help me getting my cashback.
