I made an online purchase of ₹1,999/- from Amazon. I made payment in order to avail Cashback of 400/- plus 3% reward. I have been contacting Amazon for my cashback. They asked me to call in 18001020123 for cashback. On calling that number they are denying my cashback. I feel Amazon is being inappropriate and unreasonable. I was supposed to get my cashback immediately.
