Dear Sir,

I have raised Order No-6263587198 on 12th Oct-2018 but it was cancelled by the Dispatcher team without my confirmation.

Hence, when I spoke with Paytm CustomerCare-Mr Manish, he said to raise new Order without applying any PromoCode and on or before 26th Oct-2018 to get Rs380/- Cashback.

Continuing with this Agreement, I have raised New Paytm OrderNo-6371405898 on 25th Oct-2018 without applying Promocode but I haven’t received any Cashback of Rs.380/- so far and Team is also not responding on my Calls and Messages.

Please help and do the needful.
