sir ,i have done a shopping of rs 10000 at big bazar and completed the purchase with buying rs10000 voucher but didn’t get the cashback yet. Now Paytm care saying promo code was not applied while in this voucher purchase promo code was auto applied. I am not getting a positive response from Paytm
