I have booked a return flight ticket for Singapore to Mumbai, which costed me around Rs.54000. at the time of booking I selected FLY5000 promo code and it showed message that Rs 5002 cashback will be credit withing 24Hrs. But It was not credited as promised. So I have raised an Query twice via their 24*7 Help, but they are replying in 1 liner that Promo code was not applied, so cashback is not credited. I called many times to their Helpline, but the helpline person only tel to contact via 24*7 help, which I have already raised and got no resolution for that.
I am in overseas and cannot call them from registered no also to them from Overseas no is expensive for me and after calling also no resolution.
